Ylang-Ylang Inspiration - How to Use!

1. Aromatherapy: Ylang-ylang essential oil is often used in aromatherapy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and uplift mood. You can add a few drops of ylang-ylang essential oil to your diffuser or a few drops to a tissue or cotton ball and inhale.

2. Massage: Ylang-ylang essential oil can be added to a carrier oil like sweet almond or coconut oil and used for a soothing and relaxing massage. Mix 3-5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage onto the skin.

3. Hair care: Ylang-ylang essential oil can help nourish and condition the hair. Add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner for a floral scent and to help moisturize the hair.

4. Skin care: Ylang-ylang essential oil is often used in skincare products for its soothing and nourishing properties. Mix a few drops of ylang-ylang essential oil with your favorite carrier oil or unscented lotion and apply to the skin.
