Patchouli helps tackle a long list of ailments and, in small concentrations, adds depth and warmth to some of the more difficult to blend scents like cedarwood or vetiver. Many of the world’s oldest cultures revered Patchouli for its aphrodisiac properties and it has been known to fight against many of the ailments that hold a goddess back from living her best life. 

Add 2 drops of patchouli, 4 drops of lavender, 3 drops of jasmine, and 3 drops of vetiver to your favourite carrier oil and massage from knees to belly button in the week before your moon time. Release tension, discomfort, cellulite, stress, and PMS to the scents that rise away from you.
